Mr. Sierra is a 2003 graduate of the University of Georgia and a 2006 graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he made the Dean’s List and served as a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Sierra has experience representing clients in an assortment of matters including breach of contract, negligence, premises liability, fraud, insurance coverage, real estate transactions and business disputes. He has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in various phases of civil litigation, from initial pleadings, discovery and motion practice through trials and appeals. Mr. Sierra also has experience resolving matters through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sierra was an associate at William Tinkler, Jr., Attorney at Law, P.C. in Decatur, Georgia, where his practice focused on insurance defense and representation of personal injury claimants in litigation throughout Georgia.
Mr. Sierra is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
