Mr. Raley, a principal of the Firm, has substantial experience
in a broad range of commercial litigation matters in federal
and state trial courts, as well as in alternative dispute
resolution forums. Mr. Raley also has significant appellate
experience and has argued appeals before the Eleventh Circuit
Court of Appeals and the Georgia Court of Appeals. His experience
includes representing clients in matters involving the following
types of claims:

- Non-competition/Non-solicitation Agreements
- Civil RICO

- Breach of Fiduciary Duty
- Fair Business Practices Act
Mr. Raley graduated from the University of Georgia School
of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia
Journal of International and Comparative Law. Following
law school, Mr. Raley attended the Vrije Universiteit Brussel
in Brussels, Belgium, and received his LL.M, cum laude,
in 1992. After completion of the master's program, Mr. Raley
took a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Joel J. Fryer,
Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. Following his clerkship,
Mr. Raley practiced commercial litigation with Minkin &
Snyder, P.C. (n/k/a Greenberg Traurig LLP) before starting
Raley & Sandifer, P.C.
